Jesse Jenifer, is responsible for the overall success of the firm. As principal investor, Mr. Jenifer personally invests 10% of the equity raised for each investment in order to demonstrate his commitment to a project and align the company's interests with those of our investors.
Prior to founding Lionaire Investments, Mr. Jenifer successfully managed a private portfolio of real estate investments. Mr. Jenifer is also the founder of two internet companies; Greater Creators LLC, a website design studio & Vivid Listings LLC, a virtual tour web application for real estate agents. He holds a BS in Computer Science and a BA in Economics from Binghamton University, New York.
